摘要
目的分析医院信息管理系统对医患关系与医疗纠纷的改善效果。方法选择该院肾内科、呼吸科、消化科、儿科、妇科于2014年2月—2015年2月的400份患者病历,随机将其分成对照组和观察组,每组均为200例,对照组选择基本信息管理,观察组选择医院信息管理系统管理,对医患关系和医疗纠纷事件发生情况进行观察分析。结果在医患关系优良例数方面,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而在医疗纠纷事件发生情况方面,观察组则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用医院信息管理系统能让医院的管理水平、管理准确性和管理效率显著提高,改善医患关系,让医疗纠纷事件显著减少,具有应用价值。
Objective To analyze the improvement effect of HIS on the medical relationship and medical disputes. Methods 400 pieces of case records in the department of nephrology, department of respiration, digestive system department, department of pediatrics and department of gynecology in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 200 cases in each, the control group selected the basic information management,while the observation group selected the information management system, and the occurrence of medical relationship and medical disputes were observed and analyzed. Results The excellent and good rate of medical relationship in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the incidence rate of medical disputes in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hospital information management system can obviously improve the hospital management level, and management accuracy and management efficacy, and obviously reduce the medical disputes, and it is of application value.
