护生与临床护士压疮防范能力的比较研究

摘要 目的比较分析护生与临床护理人员的压疮防范能力,为优化教学和提高护理质量提供有效依据。方法通过头脑风暴法找出影响护理人员压疮防范的可控性因素,针对这些因素制定相关调查问卷,采取便利抽样法,自2015年3月—2016年12月对234名护生和246名临床护理人员进行调查。结果压疮防范能力各维度总分中,除基本素质总分在校护生和临床护士无差异外,其余3个维度的总分,临床护士均高于在校护生;各条目中,责任心、健康教育、取得支持和影响压疮直接因素外,临床护士得分均明显高于在校护生,而耐心条目得分在校护生明显高于临床护士。结论学校教学需与临床教学紧密衔接,教学体制需优化改革。 Objective To compare and analyze th e p re s su re cores p rev en tion an d control ab i l i t ie s of s tu d en t n urse s and cl inical nurses and provide effective bas is for optimizing the teaching and improving the nurs ing quality. Methods T he co n -trol lable factors of prevention and control of pressure cores were found out by the brains torms , and the related ques t ion-naires were made according to these factors and 234 cases of student nurses and 246 cases of cl inical nursing staff were surveyed by the ques t ionnaires from March 2015 to December 2016 . Results T h e re were differenc es in to ta l scores of v a r i-ous dimensions of pressure cores prevention and control abi l i t ies but basic quality, and the total scores of the other dimen-sions of cl inical nurses were higher than those of college students, and scores except the sense of respons ibili ty, heal th edu-cation, support and direct factors of affecting pressure cores of cl inical nurses were obviously higher than those of college students, but the pat ient item score of college students was obviously higher than that of cl inical nurses. Conclusion The teaching in colleges should be closely linked to the cl inical teaching, and the teaching system needs to optimize the reform.
