目标管理模式在外科护理管理中应用

Application of Object Management Mode in the Nursing Management in the Department of Surgery

目的探究和分析目标管理模式在外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2015年7月—2017年7月期间的60名外科护理工作人员设定为研究组,2013年6月—2015年6月期间的60名外科护理工作人员设定为对照组;研究组的60名外科护理工作人员采用目标管理模式进行管理,对照组的60名外科护理工作人员采用常规护理管理模式进行管理,对比两组护理人员的病房管理质量、护理工作质量、护理操作水平、患者的护理满意度。结果研究组护理人员的病房管理质量、护理工作质量和护理操作水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将目标管理模式应用到外科护理管理当中,能够显著提高外科护理人员的病房管理质量、护理工作质量、护理人员的护理操作技能,还能够有效提高患者的护理满意度,降低护患纠纷,值得进行推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of object management mode in the nursing management in the department of surgery. Methods 60 cases of nursing staff in the department of surgery from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the research group, 60 cases of nursing staff in the department of surgery from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the control group, respectively adopted the object management model and routine nursing, and the ward management quality, nursing work quality, nursing operation level and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The ward management quality, nursing work quality and nursing operation level in the resesrch group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of object management mode in the nursing management in the department of surgery can obviously improve the ward management quality, nursing work quality and nursing operation skill of nursing staff in the department of surgery, and it can also effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree and reduce the medical disputes, and it is worth application and promotion.
