浅议中成药的合理应用与规范管理

Analysis of Rational Application and Standardized Management of Chinese Patent Drugs

目的分析中成药应用情况,实现中成药规范化管理。方法结合规范管理及合理用药的相关文献对该院2015年3月—2017年3月年中成药应用情况进行回顾性分析和总结,提出规范管理方案。结果中成药使用说明书在特殊人群用药和用药安全方面仍存在明显缺陷,常见问题包括书写与印刷不规范,药品警示提示、明确不良反应、妊娠及哺乳期用药等项目标识率低。结论该院中成药用量近年来稳步上升,但在药品说明书、处方开具方面仍存在管理问题,为了推动中成药管理工作的顺利展开,必须以国家规范和医院管理准则为依据,实现中成药规范化管理。

Object ive To analyze the rational appl icat ion and standardized management of Chinese patent drugs. Methods The appl icat ion situat ion of Chinese patent drugs from March 2015 to March 2017 were reviewed and summarized according to the s tandardized management and rat ional medicat ion, and the standardized management plan was put forwards. Resul ts The Chinese patent drugs instruct ions had obvious disadvantages of special populat ion medicat ion and medicat ion safety, and the common is sues included the nons tandard writing and printing, drug warning, defini te adverse reactions and medica-tion dur ing pregnant and lactat ion periods. Conclusion The Chinese patent drugs dose in our hospi tal is steadi ly increasing, but there are management problems in the dispensatory and prescr ipt ion issuing, we must real ize the s tandardized manage-ment of Chinese patent drugs according to the national standards and hospi tal management pr inciples in order to promote the succes sful development of management work of Chinese patent drugs.
