规范化管理在口腔专科医院门诊护理管理中的应用

Application of Standardized Management in the Nursing Management of Outpatients in the Stomatological Hospital

目的该文就口腔专科医院门诊护理管理过程中规划化管理的具体应用进行分析研究。方法该院口腔科就2016年12月制定并推行了规范化管理方案,并将其工作重点主要放置在人员管理、器械管理以及药品管理等环节。就规范化护理方案推行前后该科室的感染率以及患者对于护理工作的满意程度进行对比分析。结果自规范化管理方案推行之后,该院口腔专科的院内感染率得到了明显的下降(P<0.05),患者的护理满意程度也得到了一定程度的提升(P<0.05)。结论借助于规范化管理措施的推行,能够有效减少院内感染率,并很好进提升患者对于护理工作的满意程度,从而促进该口腔专科医院得到进一步的发展。

Objective To analyze and research the specific application of standardized management in the nursing management of outpatients in the Stomatological Hospital. Methods The standardized management plan was promoted in December 2016 in the stomatological department in our hospital, and the work focuses were staff management, device management and drug management, and the infectious rate and satisfactory degree to the nursing work were compared and analyzed before and after the promotion of the standardized nursing plan. Results After the promotion of standardized management plan, the infectious rate in the stomatological hospital obviously decreased(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients obtained a certain improvement(P<0.05). Conclusion The promotion of standardized management measures can effectively reduce the hospital infection and better improve the satisfactory degree to the nursing work thus promoting the further development of the stomatological hospitals.
