摘要
目前很多医学高校非常重视实践知识的讲解和演示,但在教学过程中,往往存在这样一个问题,即很难对患者和治疗情况加以有效还原,从而使学生很难对实践知识进行合理的理解。标准化的患者的引入,通过其对患者情况和对应治康复疗操作的真实反馈,从根本上解决了这一问题,从而为医学实践教学开辟了新的途径。同时为了保证和提高教学效果,将讲授法改为情景模拟教学法,并根据标准化患者在教学过程中的地位和作用,对传统的情景模拟教学法进行改良,整体教学过程包括基础知识讲解、标准化患者引入、教师演示、学生演示、标准化患者指导和教学总结数个环节。
Currently, many colleges attach great importance to the explanation and demonstration of practice knowledge, but in the teaching course, there is a problem that it is difficult to effectively review the patients and treatment conditions thus making students hard to rationally understand the practice knowledge, and the introduction of standardized patients can truly feedback the patient condition and rehabilitation operation thus solving the problem fundamentally and opening a new way to medical practice teaching, at the same time, in order to ensure and improve the teaching effect, we should change the lecture method into the scene simulation teaching method, and the holistic teaching course includes the basic knowledge explanation, introduction of standardized patient, demonstration of teachers and students, guidance of standardized patient and teaching summarization.
