探讨中职学校儿科教学质量的提高措施

教学质量是学校发展的生命线,也是决定职业教育发展的关键因素。中职学校的教育现状本身存在一定的问题,如:教学目标模糊、教学观念陈旧、教学内容复杂、教学管理缺乏规范和条理;再加上儿科教育内容错综复杂、操作性强、难度较高,因此中职学校儿科教学质量很难得到有效提高。该文分析中职学校儿科教学质量的问题并探讨提高其教学质量的措施。

The teaching quality is the lifeblood of school development, and it is also the key factor of occupational educa-tion development, and the teaching status in the secondary vocational schools have a certain problems, such as obscure teaching target, old teaching concept, complex teaching content, lack of standardization of teaching management, and com-plex teaching contents of education in the department of pediatrics, strong operation, high difficulty, therefore, the teaching quality in the department of pediatrics in the secondary vocational hospitals is hard to improve, and the paper studies the improvement measures of teaching quality by analyzing the teaching quality in the department of pediatrics in the secondary vocational schools.
