老年人移动医疗技术接受的关键因素研究

Research on Key Factors of Acceptance of Mobile Medical Technologies of Senile Patients

通过分析老年人移动医疗服务的现状和实际需求的特殊性,笔者在经典技术接受模型(TAM和TAM2)的理论基础上,构建了老年人移动医疗服务的技术接受模型。模型中影响老年人接受移动医疗技术的关键因素主要为用户健康风险、系统质量、社会规范、人际依赖、技术焦虑等,为今后移动医疗服务在老年人中的发展和改善提供参考。

The paper constructs the acceptance mode of mobile medical technologies of senile patients based on the theo-ries of TAM and TAM2 by analyzing the status of mobile medical technologies of senile patients and specificity of practical demands. The key factors of acceptance of mobile medical technologies of senile patients are users health risk, system qual-ity, social standards, interpersonal dependence and technological anxiety, and provide reference for the development and improvement of mobile medical service in senile patients in future.
