手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理的相关性分析

Analysis of Correlation between the Hospital Infection of Operation Patients and Nursing Management in the Operating Room

目的分析手术患者医院感染与手术室护理管理的相关性。方法该院2017年3—8月给予优质手术护理管理,观察比较该院2016年9月—2017年2月优质手术护理管理前与该院2017年3—8月给予优质手术护理管理后接台手术、平均手术时间、患者平均术中出血时间、手术室无菌消毒达标率以及两组患者医院感染情况。结果该院2017年3—8月给予优质手术护理管理后平均手术时间、患者平均术中出血时间、手术室无菌消毒达标率各项数据均明显优于优质手术护理管理前,该院2016年9月—2017年2月优质手术护理管理前医院感染发生率明显低于优质手术护理管理后医院感染发生率(5.4%vs 3.1%),两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理水平的高低与手术患者医院感染率具有密切的联系,给予优质手术室护理管理可有效降低个体患者医院感染率。

Objective To analyze the correlation between the hospital infection of operation patients and nursing management in the operating room. Methods The excellent operation nursing management was conducted in our hospital form March to August 2017, and the operation, average operation time, average intraoperative bleeding time, standards-reaching rate of sterile disinfection in the operating room and hospital infection status of the two groups were compared before the excellent operation nursing management(from September 2016 to February 2017) and after the excellent operation nursing(March to August 2017). Results The average operation time, average intraoperative bleeding time of patients and various data of standards-reaching rate of sterile disinfection in the operating room after management(March to August 2017) were obviously better than those before the excellent operation nursing management, and the incidence rate of hospital infection before the excellent operation nursing management(September 2016 to February 2017) was obviously lower than that before the excellent operation nursing management,(5.4% vs 3.1%), and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing management level in the operation room is closely correlated with the hospital infection rate, and the excellent nursing management in the operating room can effectively reduce the hospital infection rate of individual patients.
