沟通管理流程在住院部陪检中心的应用效果探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在住院部陪检中心应用沟通管理流程的临床效果。方法该院住院部于2017年1月在陪检中心实施沟通管理流程,选取2017年1—8月于该院住院部就诊的患者120例,并选取实施沟通管理流程前(2016年1—12月)于该院住院部就诊的患者120例,比较实施前后患者对陪检服务的满意度、平均检查时间、心理压力改善情况及对检查项目的知晓情况。结果实施后心理压力改善率为79.2%,知晓率为91.7%,取报告及时性为95.8%,满意度为97.5%,均明显高于实施前;实施后检查时间明显短于实施前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院部陪检中心实施沟通管理流程效果好,值得推广。 Objective To study the clinical effect of communication management course in the accompany-by-check center in the in-patient department. Methods The communication management course was implemented in the inpatient department in January 2017, and 120 cases of inpatients in our hospital from January to August 2017 were selected and 120 cases of inpatients in our hospital before the implementation of communication management course(from January to December2016) were selected, and the satisfactory degree to the accompany-by-check services, average examination time, improvement of mental pressure and awareness of examination items were compared before and after the implementation. Results The improvement rate of mental pressure, awareness rate, timely rate of going for reports and satisfactory degree after the implementation were respectively 79.2%, 91.7%, 95.8% and 97.5%, which were obviously higher than those before implementation, and the examination time after implementation was obviously shorter than that before the implementation, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation effect of communication management course in the accompany-by-check center in the department of inpatients is good, which is worth promotion.
