摘要
目的对层级管理在神经内科病房中的应用效果进行分析。方法该院神经内科于2013年5月起实施层级管理,对层级管理在神经内科病房中的应用效果进行对比和分析。结果实验组患者经护理后护理总满意度为97.97%,高于对照组的88.51%,同时生活质量各项评分均高于对照组患者。结论层级管理能够提高患者的护理满意度及生活质量,在神经内科病房中的应用效果较好。
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical management in the ward in the department of neurology. Methods The hierarchical management had been implemented in the department of neurology in our hospital since May 2013, and the application effect was compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the total satisfactory degree of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,(97.97% vs 88.51%),and various scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The hierarchical management can improve the nursing satisfactory degree and quality of life of patients, and the application effect in the ward in the department of neurology is better.
