摘要
主塔钢-混结合段是索塔受力的关键部位,是结构设计中重点关注的细部结构,因此有必要进行局部应力分析。首先根据圣维南原理,采用大型空间有限元分析软件midas fea建立了主塔钢-混结合段的有限元模型,然后分4种静力荷载工况对钢-混结合处的应力水平及应力分布情况进行了较为详细的分析。结果表明:主塔钢-混结合段各构件应力水平不高,钢结构处于弹性工作状态,未出现屈服,混凝土主拉与主压应力水平较低,结构设计合理,能够满足设计与使用要求。
The stress of steel-concrete composite joint was the key of the pylon design,and should focus emphasly,so it was necessary to analyze the local stress. Firstly,according to the principle of Saint-Venant,the finite element model of the steel-concrete composite joint of the tower was established by using midas fea,then the stress level and distribution of the steel-concrete composite joint were analyzed in detail under four kinds static load conditions. The results shown that,the stress level of each component of the steel-concrete composite joint was not high,and the steel part was in elastic working condition and yield wasn't emerged,the main tensile and compressive stress of the concrete part were very low,the design was reasonable and could meet the design and application requirements.
