摘要
为了提升广东省某桥梁预应力孔道注浆质量检测准确性,基于弹性波测试原理对其进行检测计算。为了防止混凝土强度、注浆浆体强度变化对浆体密实度测算的干扰,设计试验构件梁,进行试验对比分析。为了提升测算模型的准确性,对梁体混凝土龄期、孔道注浆浆体龄期进行修正,完善了桥梁预应力孔道注浆质量检测,验证了计算模型的正确性与准确性。
In order to improve the accuracy of quality inspection on grouting of prestressing duct of a bridge in Guangdong province,the detecting calculation is made based on the test philosophy of elastic wave. In order to prevent the interference of changes of concrete strength and grouting slurry strength on the slurry compactness calculation and design the structural component beam of test,the contrastive analysis on the test is made. In order to improve the accuracy of calculating model,the correction on the ages of beam concrete and duct grouting slurry is made,so as to perfect the quality inspection on grouting of prestressing duct of the bridge,and verify the correctness and accuracy of calculation model.
