摘要
从科教园区创新生态系统成长能力内涵出发,根据指标体系构建原则,运用层次分析法,构建了一套较为系统、全面、科学的科教园区创新生态系统成长能力评价指标体系。该指标体系由目标层、准则层、方案层构成,包括信息共享能力、技术壁垒构建能力、动态选择能力、知识产权保护能力、创新分工协作能力、信息隔离能力、统一协调能力、自协调能力、政策环境引导能力、人文环境营造能力、基础设施环境完善能力等一系列指标。
According to the connotation of the innovation ecosystem growth capacity of a science and education park and the principles of an index system,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is applied to construct a systematic,comprehensive and scientific index system for evaluating the growth capacity of the innovation ecosystem of a science and education park.The index system consists of the target hierarchy,rule hierarchy and project hierarchy with indicators reflecting capacities like information sharing,technical barrier erecting,dynamic selection,intellectual property rights protection,innovation and collaboration,information isolation,coordination,adaptation,policy guidance,cultural environment construction and infrastructure perfection.
