摘要 本文借鉴德鲁克关于人与事的经典管理理论、明茨伯格经理工作性质对于经理角色的分类以及巴纳德组织要素及其职责任务等理论,结合《义务教育学校校长专业标准》以及校长的实际工作,提出了校长领导角色的理想类型模型由引领者、促进者和协调者三大类组成,包括目标引领、教学引领、道德引领、促进学校发展、促进教师发展、促进学生发展、关系协调、资源协调和自我协调等九种角色。从理想类型的理论角度将校长所承担的角色进行归类分析,有助于促进校长专业化发展,提升校长的办学能力和办学水平,为校长领导角色定位和校长培训提供策略参考。 This paper draws lessons from the classic management theory of Drucker , the classifcation of the role of Mintzberg's manager, the classifcation of manager's role and the elements of Barnard's organization and its duties, combined with the professional standards of the president of compulsory education school and the principal's The author puts forward the ideal type model of the leadership role of the principal, which is composed of three categories: leader, facilitator and coordinator, including goal leadership, teaching lead, moral guidance, promotion of school development, promotion of teacher development, promotion of student development, relationship Coordination, coordination of resources and self-coordination and other nine roles. It is helpful to promote the professional development of principals, improve the running ability of school principals and the level of running a school, and provide a strategic reference for the role orientation of principals and the training of principals.
