正常脑老化过程中铁聚集的QSM研究进展

摘要 定量磁敏感图(QSM)具有影像伪影少、组织边界清晰的优点,能够定量分析顺磁性物质的磁化率值。采用QSM技术测算不同脑组织的磁化率值,分析脑核内脑铁聚集与年龄的相关性,发现正常脑老化过程中,大脑运动、输出、认知功能的衰减可能与铁聚集随年龄的变化有关,这对于预测正常脑老化过程中功能的减退有重要意义。就脑铁聚集的应用原理、不同大脑结构内脑铁聚集与年龄的相关性进行综述。 The quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) algorithms have the advantages of less vulnerable to image artifacts and clear delineation of tissue boundaries, and can quantitatively analyze the magnetic susceptibility values of para-magnetic materials. Using QSM algorithms to measure the magnetic susceptibility values of different brain tissues, analyze the correlation between iron accumulation in brain nucleis and age, we found that the decline in brain output, motor and cognitive functions may be related to changes in brain iron accumulation during the normal brain aging, which is significantly meaning-ful to predict the brain functional decline in the normal aging. In this article, we reviewed the principle of QSM in measuring brain iron accumulation and the correlation between brain iron accumulation in different brain tissues and age.
