摘要
胎儿泌尿生殖系统畸形在临床上较常见。MRI可很好地评价泌尿生殖系统畸形及伴随畸形。胎儿MRI常采用稳态自由进动(SSFP)﹑单次激发快速自旋回波(SSFSE)、快速T1WI以及扩散加权成像(DWI)等序列对泌尿生殖系统进行评价。综述MRI对胎儿肾脏畸形、梗阻性尿路疾病以及生殖系统畸形的诊断价值,并介绍各种胎儿畸形的MRI特征性表现。
Fetal genitourinary system malformations are common, MRI can be used to evaluate genitourinary malfor-mations and their associated deformities. Steady-state free precession (SSFP), single-shot fast spin echo (SSFSE), fast T 1WI, and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) are usually used in MRI to evaluate the fetal genitourinary system.In this paper, we reviewed the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in evaluating fetal renal deformities, obstructive urinary tract disease, and deformities of genital system, as well as the MRI characteristics of the fetal abnormalities.
