尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Urinary Sedim ents and Routine Urine Check in the Urine Test

目的探讨尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2016年1—12月行尿常规和尿沉渣检查的200例患者临床资料,分析尿常规和尿沉渣检测结果。结果尿沉渣和尿常规检查红细胞、白细胞和尿蛋白的阴性率和阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结合尿沉渣和尿常规检测结果,发现红细胞、白细胞和尿蛋白结果符合率分别为98.0%、96.5%和97.0%。结论在尿液检验过程中,不管是选取尿沉渣还是尿常规监测均无法保证完全准确,临床上需综合两种检测结果进行考虑,以便提高检测精确度,减少漏诊率。

Objective To investigate the correlation between urine sediment and urine routine in urine test.Methods Retrospective analysis of January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital urine routine and urine sediment examination of 200 cases of clinical data,analysis of urine and urine sediment test results between the correlation.Results There was no significant difference in the negative rate and positive rate of erythrocyte,white blood cel and urinary protein between urinary sediment and urine（P〉0.05）.Combined with urinary sediment and urine routine test results,found that red blood cells,white blood cells and urinary protein results were 98.0%,96.5% and 97.0%.Conclusions In the urine test process,whether it is to choose urine sediment or urine routine monitoring can not be completely accurate,the clinical need to take into account both test results in order to improve the accuracy of detection and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.
