摘要
综述了近二十年来在医药、农药和小分子领域具有广泛用途的的嘧啶联芳环和嘧啶衍生物的合成研究进展.本文主要介绍了几种嘧啶联芳环的合成方法:通过偶联反应合成、通过构建芳环合成及通过构建嘧啶环合成.
The most recent achievements in the construction of phenyl pyrimidine compounds have a wide range of uses in the field of medicine and pesticide. This paper mainly introduces the synthesis of phenyl pyrimidine compounds: by coupling reaction,by the construction of aromatic ring and by the construction of pyrimidine ring.
