中国民航运输业混合所有制改革的路径探析

Research on the Path of Mixed Ownership Reform of China's Civil Aviation Industry

通过研究国内民航公司经营状况,梳理新进航空公司的发展历程,发现民航企业成功立足的重要前提条件是在关联业务领域具备优势基础,并能够结合原有的业务优势哺育带动民航业务发展;之后通过对比新进企业和在位企业的经营绩效,发现将业务纵向延伸至民航领域的新进企业,其经营效率要明显高于以国有企业为代表的在位企业。进一步地,对外部资本进入民航业以及民航运输业自身的混合所有制改革可提出具体的思路。

By analyzing the operating conditions of domestic aviation companies and contrasting the operating performance of incumbent aviation enterprises with new ones,it is found that the extension management of upstream and downstream related businesses to the civil aviation industry is the critical channel for foreign capital to enter the industry,which is more likely to bring outstanding operating performance. Furthermore,this paper puts forward specific ideas for foreign capital entering the civil aviation industry.
