中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位,集中体现在新起点、新特征、新目标、新途径四个方面。新起点即中国将踏上国家强盛与民族复兴、中国特色社会主义活力焕发与境界开辟、在世界舞台为人类未来贡献中国方案与中国智慧这一新征途;新特征即随着中国社会主要矛盾的深刻转变,社会发展必将进一步表现为科学社会主义理论逻辑与中国特色社会主义历史逻辑的辩证统一、"以经济建设为中心"与"以人民为中心"的高度统一、人的全面发展与社会全面进步的必然统一;新目标即全面建成小康社会以及分两步建成社会主义现代化强国;新途径即基于伟大斗争、伟大工程、伟大事业、伟大梦想的实践而推进的理论创新、全面从严治党以及治理能力现代化建设。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era is the new historical orientation of China＇ s develop-ment, which embodies a concentrated reflection in four aspects new beginning, new feature, new target, and new approach. The new beginning is the one from which China is setting foot on a new journey of country＇ s prosperity and national rejuvena-tion, the vitality renewal and realm exploring of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and contributing China solution and China wisdom to human＇s future on the world stage; the new future is the essential one that the social development will be fur-ther manifested in the dialectical unity between the theoretical logic of scientific socialism and the historical logic of social-ism with Chinese characteristics, the high unity between “centering on economic construction” and ＂centering on people”, and the inevitable unity between all-round development of human being and overall social development, with the deep trans-formation of the main contradictions of Chinese society; the new target is to build a moderately well-off society in an all-round way and to realize modernization proceed in two phases; the new approach is the great project of theoretical innovation, an all-out effort to enforce strict party discipline and the construction of the modernization of governance capacity carried forward on the basis of the Great struggle, Great project, Great cause and Great dream.
