中医特色疗法护理腰椎滑脱症的体会

Nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy for lumbar spondylolisthesis

目的:探讨中医特色疗法护理腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法:80例腰椎滑脱症患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组实施一般护理,护理30 d。观察组实施中医特色疗法护理,护理30 d。护理后,采用康复情况、患者满意度、护理知识掌握度评定两组疗效。结果:护理后两组康复情况、护理知识掌握度、患者满意度比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色疗法护理腰椎滑脱症,可有效提高护理效果。

Objective To explore rehabilitation nursing effects of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy for lumbarspondylolisthesis. Methods： 80 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were divided into treatment group and control group by the randomnumber table, each with 40 cases. The control group was given general nursing care for 30d, while the treatment group used the tradi-tional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy also for 30d. After the nursing, the effects of the two groups were evaluated by rehabili-tation conditions, patient satisfaction and nursing knowledgemastering degree. Results： After the nursing, compared with the controlgroup, the rehabilitation conditions, patient satisfaction and nursing knowledgemastering degree of the treatment group were significant-ly higher （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy for lumbar spondylolisthesis can improvethe effects.
