摘要 目的探讨情景剧视频教学法(sitcom video teaching method,SVTM)在高职《社区护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法2016年9月,以上海城建职业学院高职护理专业大学二年级6个班学生为总体,采用组频匹配的原则,按性别分布、上学期主要课程成绩、生源情况选择两个班级为研究对象。通过抽签的原则确定一个班为观察组,另一个班为对照组。对照组采用常规教学法,观察组采用SVTM进行教学,以理论考试和护理学生自我导向学习能力量表了解教学效果及教学法对学生学习行为的影响。结果观察组学生的平均理论考试成绩为(76.41±8.525)分,高于对照组的(71.79±9.760)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生自我导向学习能力得分均高于对照班,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 SVTM能有效提高《社区护理学》课程的教学效果,并提高学生的综合素质。 Objective To explore the effect of sitcom video teaching method(SVTM)in the teaching of community nursing in higher vocational education.Methods Two classes were selected according to gender,grades of last semester and student resource,and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The conventional teaching method was used in the control group,while SVTM was used in the observation group.The effect of SVTM was evaluated by quiz and self-directed learning ability questionnaire.Results The students' average quiz score of the observation group was(76.41±8.525),which was higher than control group of(71.79±9.760)(P<0.05).The questionnaire score of self-directed learning ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The SVTM can not only improve the teaching effect,but also enhance the comprehensive abilities of students.
