摘要 针对道路照明RTU在遥信功能设计中开关量输入接口不足的情况,采用具有I2 C总线接口的远程I/O扩展芯片PCF8574进行扩展,实现了16路遥信开关量输入采集功能。在设计过程中,通过硬件措施和软件措施提高道路照明RTU的可靠性,尤其对受到干扰造成的I2C总线锁定进行了分析,并给出了解决方案,有效提高了设备运行可靠性。 In view of the shortage of switching volume input interface in the remote function design of road light RTU,a system is designed using remote I/O extension chip PCF8574 with I2 C bus interface,which is extended to realize the input and acquisition function of16-way signal switching.The reliability of road light RTU is improved through hardware measures and software measures.In particular,the I2 C bus lock is analyzed and the solution is given,the design improves the reliability of the equipment.
