生态文明战略下的三农转型

Transformation of ‘Agriculture,Rural Areas and Peasants' under the Strategy of Ecological Civilization

中国在三大资本已经雄踞世界第一的背景下,针对过去加快工业化阶段派生的各种弊端提出的乡村振兴战略不能因循产业资本时期的旧轨。为此,真要做到中央十九大强调的"懂农业、爱农村、爱农民",就得理解当前全球资本过剩危机与国家确立的生态文明战略的相关性,据此形成"三农"问题新理解。本文指出,生态文明的重要载体是城乡融合促进社会化的生态农业和环保农村,乡村振兴的重要内容是实现绿色生产方式。

Under the context of ‘three Capitals' taking the first position in the world,beef up the villages cannot stick to the old track of industrial capital period.Therefore,in order to emphasize ‘understand agriculture,love rural areas and peasants 'mentioned in the 19 thCPC National Congress,we have to understand fully the plethora crisis of all the capitals in the world and the relevance of establishing the ecological civilization strategy.In this article,we point out that the new carrier of ecological civilization is the merging of city and village and promote the socialization of ecological farming and environmental villages.
