摘要
借助水热法,以氯化钇、柠檬酸钠、磷酸钠为基本原料合成了YPO4纳米颗粒,然后通过改变不同的反应条件得到不同的YPO4纳米形貌.随着不断地改变反应条件,当反应时间为24 h,反应温度为180℃,溶液的p H值为3,反应物Na_3PO_4∶Na_3Cit∶YCl_3为2∶1∶1时,得到了尺寸适中、表面积较大的YPO4纳米形貌.对其进行其他稀土离子掺杂,增加发光强度,提高发光效率具有一定的意义.
In this paper,YPO_4 nanoparticles are synthesized by hydrothermal method,using yttrium chloride,sodium citrate and sodium phosphate as the basic raw materials and then different YPO4 nano-morphologies are obtained by changing reaction conditions. With constantly changing reaction conditions it is concluded that,when the reaction time is 24 h,the reaction temperature is 180 ℃,the p H value of the solution is 3 and the mixture ration of the three reactants Na_3 PO_4∶ Na_3 Cit∶ YCl_3 is 2∶ 1∶ 1,medium size and large surface YPO_4 nano-morphologies are obtained. The results are of great significance to other rare earth ion dopants,increasing the luminescence intensity and improving the luminous efficiency.
