新常态下上海中小企业的发展态势与路径研究

Current Development Path of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shanghai in New Normal State of Economic Development

在我国供给侧改革的关键时期,上海中小企业由生力军变为主力军,为解决就业、调整产业结构、科技创新发挥着重要的作用,中小企业借助区位优势、科技研发优势等优势,主营业务收入增长趋势比较明显,但也面临政策作用小、缺乏研发人才、创新项目少、融资难等多项困境,依据以上问题提出了促进中小企业持续健康发展的建议与对策。

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in adjusting the industrial structure and solving the employment and technology innovation. They also have large-scale service industry,powerful industry dependence,leading role in scientific demonstration with their own characteristic. Facing with the economic downturn,the main business income growth trend of small and medium-sized enterprises is increased with the help of regional advantage,scientific development and the rich human resource. However,they also face with some dilemmas like cower effect of policy,scarce research and develop talents,few innovation projects,difficulty in financing. The paper put forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
