摘要
运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)数值模拟技术,对带金属嵌件打印机板在不同的注塑工艺条件下进行正交试验,结果表明,对x、y、z三方向翘曲变形影响最小的分别为模具温度、保压压力、保压压力;对应x、y、z三个方向显著影响因素分别为保压压力、模具温度、模具温度;通过优化和调整工艺参数,生产者可以根据实际生产需要,来减小产品x、y、z三方向的翘曲变形量满足品质要求。
The orthogonal experiment was conducted for a printer plastic part with metal inserts under different injection-molding conditions by using a CAE numerical simulation. The results indicated that the mold temperature,holding pressure and holding exhibited a minor effect on x-,y-and zdirectional warp distortion,and the holding pressure,mold temperature and mold temperature also showed the significantly factors on x-,y-and z-directional warp distortions. x-,y-and z-directional warp distortions could be reduced by manufacturers through optimizing and adjusting the process parameters.
