摘要
研究了指爪挡板对一次风管粉量的调节特性,通过调整指爪挡板,优化粉量均匀性,降低粉量偏差后,炉膛中心温度下降了近40℃,省煤器出口烟道中间区域烟温偏差下降了10.67℃,省煤器出口氧量偏差下降了1.16%,NO_x体积浓度下降了16.79μL/L。同时,解决了再热器管壁超温问题,所有燃烧器喷嘴能够正常投运。粉量均匀优化后有利于减轻火焰偏斜、炉膛热负荷和汽温偏差,降低高温腐蚀和爆管的可能。炉膛中心温度的降低,以及沿炉膛宽度方向各燃烧器燃烧更加均匀,使得风粉配合更加合理,有利于降低NO_x生成,改善了炉内(尤其是炉膛中部)的燃烧状况。
It explored the regulating characteristics of baffle plate to pulverized coal flow in primary air pipe. By adjusting the baffle plate,the deviation of pulverized coal flow decreased and uniformity of pulverized coal flow was optimized. The temperature of furnace center reduced nearly 40 degrees Celsius,the temperature deviation in the middle region of economizer outlet reduced10. 67 degrees Celsius,the oxygen deviation at economizer outlet reduced 1. 16%,the emissions of NO_x reduced 16. 79 μL/L.All burners was running smoothly and over temperature problem on reheater tube was solved. It showed that uniformity optimization of pulverized coal flow was good for reducing deviation of flame,furnace heat load and steam temperature and possibility of high temperature corrosion and cracking accidents. Reducing temperature at furnace center and stable combustion made reasonable air supply and stable combustion along the furnace width will make the cooperation of wind and powder more reasonable,which can reduce NO_x generation and improves the combustion condition of the furnace( especially in the middle of the furnace).
