面向自贸区的法律与经济复合型人才培养机制研究

Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Law and Economy Compound Talents for the Free Trade Zone

自贸区经贸发展对经济、法律专业人才提出了更高的要求,而法律与经济复合型人才供给不足已成为影响我国自贸区高速发展的因素之一。通过对现有国内外复合型人才培养机制的实证研究与比较研究,分析人才培养的目标定位、课程体系设置、教学方法创新,探索面向自贸区的法律与经济复合型人才培养机制。

The development of the free trade zone has put forward higher requirements on the law and economy talents.However,the insufficient supply of law and economy compound talents has become one of the factors that affect the rapid development of China's free trade zone.Through the empirical research and the comparative study on the existing domestic and foreign compound talents training mechanism,this paper tries to analyze the target orientation of the talent training,the setting of the curriculum system,and the innovation of the teaching methods to explore the law and economy compound talent training mechanism for the free trade zone.
