摘要
地方特色高水平大学建设是地方政府贯彻执行高等教育差异化发展战略,落实"科学定位,分类指导,多元发展,特色办学"的应用性高等教育发展方针,破解高等教育趋同发展与经济社会发展多样化需求矛盾的重大举措。作为地方特色高水平大学,在办学层次、目标定位等方面区别于其他高校,人事制度、分配制度的改革也势必与其他高校存在差异。如何充分调动教师队伍建设的活力,创新教师队伍管理模式,对于建设地方特色高水平大学具有重要作用。地方特色高水平大学教师队伍建设要善于挖掘人力资源的创新潜力,进一步强化教师认同感;进行教师职业发展管理,提高核心创新人才竞争力。
High-level university construction with regional characteristics is an important measure for regional government to implement higher education differential development strategy,catty out the applied higher education development policy of"scientific orientation,classified guidance,diverse development and characteristic school running",and solve the conflict between higher education homogeneous development and the diverse economic and social development.Universities with regional characteristics should differ from other universities in school running standard,target orientation,particularly the reform in personnel system and distribution system.Fully mobilizing the vigor of teaching staff construction and innovative teacher team construction is of great significance to high-level university construction with regional characteristics.We should explore the new potentials of human resources,further strengthen teachers' identification,manage teachers' professional development and improve the competitiveness of innovative core talents in the process of high-level university construction with regional characteristics.
