信息化教学环境下高职英语教师自身素质的培养与提高

Higher Vocational English Teachers under the Information-based Teaching Environment and Improve Their Own Quality

高职院校是我国培养技能型人才的主要阵地,也是我国实现高层次人才培养计划的一个重要转折点,教师队伍的信息化水平以及信息化素质都对高等教育具有重要的影响。我国高职院校引入信息化概念的时间相对较短,很多院校尚未形成系统的信息化理论,因此在信息化教学环境下的教师自我素质培养方面存在着一定的问题。主要对这些问题进行分析和讨论,并寻找培养和提升高职院校英语教师自我素质的相应对策。

Higher vocational colleges is the main cultivating skilled talents in our country,also is our country realize high-level talent cultivation plan is an important turning point,the information level and information quality of teachers of higher education has an important influence.The introduction of the concept of informatization in our vocational colleges a relatively short time,many colleges and universities has not formed the system of information theory,therefore in information-based teaching environment teachers to cultivate the students' self quality there is a certain problem.This paper analyzes these problems and discuss,and seek to develop and promote higher vocational college English teachers' self quality of the corresponding countermeasures.
