摘要
儿童文学素养是语文教师必备的基本职业素养之一,具有区别于成人文学素养的内涵特质,一方面体现在以"成人"视角解读儿童文学作品,一方面体现在以儿童视角解读成人文学作品。教师的儿童文学素养包含科学的儿童观、专业的儿童文学学科知识、正确解读儿童文学作品的能力和进行儿童文学创作的能力等四个层次。提升教师的儿童文学素养需要依靠职前教育、职后培训、教师自主的文本阅读和实际教学过程的师生互动合力完成。
Children's literature quality is one of the basic professional qualities of Chinese teachers and different from adult literature quality.For one thing,it interprets children's literature from the " adult" perspective.For another,it interprets adult literature from children's perspective.Children's literature quality of teachers consists of four levels,namely,a scientific concept of children,professional knowledge of children's literature,the ability of correctly interpreting children's literature works and children's literature creation ability.To improve children's literature quality of teachers,we can rely on pre-service education,in-service training,teachers' autonomy in text reading,and the interaction between teachers and students in the practical teaching process.
