摘要
幼儿教师职业承诺主要探讨幼儿教师对其教师职业的认同及其从事教学、研究的意愿和原因。通过对农村106名私立幼儿园教师的访谈和问卷调查研究,结果显示:私立幼儿园教师职业承诺总体低于一般水平,其中规范承诺水平最高、情感承诺最低,继续承诺水平介于规范承诺和情感承诺水平之间。同时,在讨论中指出为提高私立幼儿园教师职业承诺水平,教师间应加强交流沟通、合作共享;幼儿园应加强对教师的人文关怀,提高幼儿教师的社会声望和经济地位;在家园合作和家园共育中,明确自身价值等,从而提高私立幼儿园教师职业承诺水平。
The professional commitment of preschool teachers mainly discusses the preschool teachers' professional identification and their willingness of and reason for teaching and research.Based on 106 rural private kindergarten teachers' interviews,and questionnaire survey,the results show that the private kindergarten teachers' professional commitment is lower than the average,with normative commitment the highest,emotional commitment the lowest,and continual commitment in between.Meanwhile,it is pointed out in the discussion that in order to improve the professional commitment of teachers in private kindergartens,the teachers should strengthen communication,cooperation and sharing.Kindergartens should enhance the humanistic care of teachers and improve the social prestige and economic status of their teachers.We will improve the professional commitment level of private kindergarten teachers by making clear their own value in the family-kindergarten cooperative education.
