目前法学本科毕业论文质量存在较多问题,应从教育过程寻找解决办法。科研训练包括竞赛类、参与类和融入类三种形式,在法学教育教学过程中贯彻科研训练,有利于提高学生的综合能力与素质,从而有利于解决法学本科毕业论文存在的质量问题。同时,切实开展科研训练,也将推动法学教育工作者积极转变教学方式与教育理念。

There are many problems in the quality of law majors' graduation thesis at present.We should find a solution in the educational process.Training of scientific research has three forms,including competition,participation and integration.Training of scientific research should be implemented in law education,which will help to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of students and solve the quality problems of undergraduates' graduation thesis.At the same time,training of scientific research will also promote teachers of law education to actively change teaching methods and educational ideas.
