Research on the Influence of Characteristic Moral Education Mode Construction in Primary and Middle Schools on School Teachers and Students

《构建特色德育模式,提高我省中小学德育工作实效性研究》是黑龙江省教育科学"十二五"规划重点课题,依托课题研究,引领全省中小学在地域、校本、班本三个层面进行特色挖掘与文化的培育工作。通过专题培训、论坛大赛、网络教研、课题研究等形式提高了教师的专业技能,提升了教师特色文化的创建能力和行动研究能力。同时特色德育模式的构建,引领学生价值取向,体现主体内化,注重道德实践,挖掘学生潜能,促进了学生优秀道德品质的形成。

Construct Characteristic Moral Education Mode,Improving the Effectiveness of Moral Education in Primary and Middle Schools in our Province is an important project of Heilongjiang Province"12 th Five-Year"Plan.We need to rely on the research work to lead all the primary and middle schools in Heilongjiang Province to excavate the characteristics and cultivate culture at the region,school and class levels.Through the seminar training,forum competition,network teaching research,project research and other forms,we have improved the professional skills of teachers,and enhanced their ability to create characteristic culture and action research ability.At the same time,the construction of characteristic moral education mode guides the students' value orientation,embodies the internalization of the subject,pays attention to the moral practice,and explores the potential of the students,thus promoting the formation of the excellent moral quality of the students.
