高校思想政治教育工作质量评价体系研究

Research on the Quality Evaluation System of Ideological and Political Education in Universities

构建合理的工作质量评价体系,能够保障高校思想政治教育的工作质量。首先对高校思想政治教育工作质量评价体系现状进行分析,发现当前其体系存在缺乏科学统一性、忽视学生差异性、评价体系不健全等问题,同时也详细阐释了其构建的重要意义,总结出构建高校思想政治教育工作质量评价体系的实效性原则、发展性原则和以人为本的原则。进而从树立科学的评价理念、构建合理的评价机制、设立科学的评价内容、创建评价的监控平台四个方面提出了构建高校思想政治教育工作质量评价体系的对策。以期提高高校思想政治教育的工作质量,进一步培养学生全面发展。

Reasonable construction of work quality evaluation system can guarantee the quality of ideological and political education.This paper firstly analyses the current situation of the quality evaluation system of university ideological and political education,finding that the current system lacks scientific unity,ignores students' differences and is not complete,makes a detailed explanation of the significance the quality evaluation system construction,and sums up the principles of ideological and political education quality evaluation system,including effectiveness principle,development principle and human-oriented principle.Some countermeasures of constructing ideological and political education quality evaluation system are proposed from aspects of establishing scientific evaluation concept,constructing reasonable evaluation mechanism,designing scientific evaluation content and building evaluation monitoring platform in order to improve ideological and political education quality and further cultivate students' comprehensive development.
