伴随着我国经济的迅速发展和素质教育的不断深入,我国高等院校对于青年教师的专业技能和心理素质有了更高的要求,并将青年教师培养融入到教师工作中去,使得青年教师在工作中面临着巨大的压力。为了确保高等院校青年教师在教学工作中拥有良好的心态,需要增强其自我效能感以及心理承受能力,当前加强对青年教师的心理资本开发以及培养已经成为高等院校工作的重中之重。

With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of quality education,China' higher education institutions have higher requirements for young teachers' professional skills and psychological quality,and integrates the cultivation of young teachers into teachers' work,causing young teachers' great pressure in the work.In order to ensure that young teachers in colleges and universities have a good attitude in teaching work,we need to strengthen their self-efficacy and psychological affordability.Currently,strengthening of young teachers' psychological capital development and cultivation has become a top priority in the work of institutions of higher learning.
