Judging the Four Dimensions of Historical Position of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

厘清历史方位概念的内涵是分析中国特色社会主义进入新时代的理论基点。依据反映历史方位内涵的某种特质性和内在关联性,可以从时间坐标维度、空间位置维度、发展阶段维度和矛盾变化维度来判断新时代我国历史方位的新变化。在看到新时代我国历史方位发生新变化的同时,还要看到历史方位中我国社会主义初级阶段基本国情没有变、最大发展中国家国际地位没有变。要从整体与局部、量变与质变、矛盾主要方面和次要方面之间的关系,辩证地、全面地把握新时代历史方位内涵的变与不变。

To clarify the connotation of the concept of historical orientation is the theoretical basis of the entry of the socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era. According to the characteristics and internal relevance that reflect the connotation of historical position,we can judge new changes of historical position in the new era from the time coordinate dimension,the spatial location dimension,the development stage dimension and the contradiction change dimension. While analyzing the new changes in the historical position of China in the new era,we should also see that the basic national conditions in the primary stage of socialism in the historical orientation have not changed,and that the international status as the largest developing country has not changed. We should dialectically and comprehensively grasp the changes and invariance of the historical position in the new era from the relationship between the whole and the part,the quantitative change and qualitative change,the major and minor aspects of contradiction.
