论新时代中国特色社会主义核心价值观国际传播的新思路

New Approaches to Communicating Globally the Core Socialist Values with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

在全球传播语境下,中国价值观传播长期处于一种失语状态,严重受制于西强我弱的世界传媒秩序和国际传播格局。实现破局的方案,既有赖于转变不平衡的国际舆论格局并构建信息流动的新秩序,也有赖于将新时代中国特色社会主义核心价值观的传播有机融入这样的跨文化传播实践。从价值观研究的学术和历史经验以及实践创新视角可见,在新阶段国际传播能力建设中,应把价值观建设有机融入国际传播实践,在价值观的建构和诠释上增加可共享性,同时创新传播方式,有效推进价值观国际传播的理论和实践。

The international presence of Chinese values has long been ineffective even in the context of global communication,due to the West-dominated world media order and uneven pattern of international communication. The answer for the dilemma depends on two side-by-side efforts： one is to shift the unbalanced global opinion pattern and to construct the new order of information flow,and the other is to integrate the core socialist values with Chinese characteristics organically into such intercultural communication practices.From the academic research of values,historical experiences and practical innovation,in the construction of international communication capacity,the core socialist values with Chinese characteristics should be conducted as part of international communication practices,and sharing should be added in the construction and interpretation of values. Simultaneously,communication methods should be innovated,and both theoretical and practical endeavors should be made in promoting efficiently the international communication of values.
