摘要
[目的]调查某中医院急症部护士情商与职业压力源的现状,探讨两者的相关性。[方法]通过方便抽样的方法,选取天津某三级甲等医院急症部护士,采用情绪智力量表中文版(WLEIS-C)和护士工作压力源量表对该院急症部的所有护士进行问卷调查。[结果]护士WLEIS-C总分为3.70分±0.41分,各维度得分包括自我觉知3.90分±0.50分,移情3.60分±0.66分,自我监控3.74分±0.54分,自我激励3.56分±0.52分;职业压力源问卷总分为2.07分±0.40分,其中护理工作及专业1.88分±0.50分,工作量及时间分配1.77分±0.62分,工作环境及仪器设备1.84分±0.66分,病人护理2.08分±0.45分,管理及人际关系2.47分±0.51分,护士情商与职业压力源两者的相关系数为-0.325(P<0.05),呈显著负相关。[结论]通过提高护士的情绪智力水平可以显著降低护士的职业压力水平。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses' EQ and occupational stressors in emergency department in a TCM hospital and probe into correlation between them.Methods:The nurses in emergency department in a third grade-A hospital in Tianjin were selected through the convenience sampling method,and they were investigated by Emotional Intelligence Scale(WLEIS-C)and Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaire.Results:The total score of nurse's EQ questionnaire was 3.65±0.49,the scores of all dimensions including self awareness score was 3.90±0.50,empathy score was 3.6±0.66,self-monitoring score was 3.74±0.54,self motivation score was 3.56±0.52.The total score of Job Stressors Questionnaire was 2.02 ±0.44,the score of nursing work and profession was 1.88±0.50,the score of workload and time allocation was 1.77±0.62,the score of working environment and equipment was 1.84 ±0.66,the score of patients' care was 2.08±0.45,the score of management and interpersonal relationship was 2.47 ±0.51,the correlation coefficient between nurses EQ and occupation stressors was-0.325 and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),showed a significant negative correlation.Conclusions:Increasing the level of emotional intelligence of nurses could also significantly reduce the level of occupational stressors of nurses.
