摘要
混凝土保持配合比不变,用部分再生骨料取代同等量的粗骨料,研究其工作性、硬化后的力学性以及早期收缩性影响.本试验的再生骨料强度不低于新配置的混凝土;结果表明,当增大再生骨料的比例时,混凝土流动性和强度均表现出降低趋势,早期收缩增加量可以忽略.再生骨料占比超过30%后,强度基本相当于完全再生粗骨料混凝土,小比例掺入基本不会影响混凝土性能.
While keeping concrete proportion the same and replacing some coarse aggregate with the samethe workability, mechanical properties of hardening and early shrinkage of the concrete were studied. The strength of recycled aggregateis not lower than that of the new concrete. The results showthat the fluidity and strength of concrete decrease with the increase of the proportion of recycled aggregate. After the recycled aggregate is more than 30% , the strength is almost equal to that of the fu lly recy-cled coarse aggregate concrete.
