细节护理在预防血液透析置管感染中的作用

The role of detail nursing in the prevention of hemodialysis catheter infection

目的 :探讨细节护理在预防血液透析置管感染中的作用。方法 :选择2015年4月至2016年12月收治的50例血液透析患者,分为对照组和护理组各25例。对照组采用常规护理方式进行护理,护理组在常规护理基础上增加细节护理。观察两组患者透析治疗1个月后的置管感染状况和护理后1个月的护理满意度。结果 :护理组置管感染率为8.00%(2/25),明显低于对照组的32.00%(8/25,P<0.05),且护理满意度为84.00%(21/25),高于对照组的68.00%(17/25)。结论 :细节护理能有效降低置管感染发生,提高患者护理满意度,值得在临床护理中推广使用。

Objective： To explore the role of detail nursing in the prevention of hemodialysis catheter infection. Methods： From April 2015 to December 2016, 50 hemodialysis patients were selected and divided into a control group and a nursing group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the nursing group was added detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing care of the control group. The catheter infection status of dialysis treatment and the nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups after one month. Results： The infection rate in the nursing group was 8%（2/25）, which was signi？cantly lower than that of the control group 32%, （8/25, P 〈0.05）, and the satisfaction degree of nursing care was 84%（21/25） in the nursing group and was higher than 68%（17/25） in the control group. Conclusion： Detail nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter infection and improve the patient satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of popularization in clinical nursing.
