浅谈我国老年病房护士心理健康

Discussion on mental health of nurses in geriatric wards in China

老龄化社会导致了不可忽视的医疗服务压力,因此老年病房护士的心理状况也不容乐观。全文分析我国老年病房护士心理健康状况、产生原因,并整合现有的应对策略,提出干预措施,以期为老年病房护士心理健康促进提供依据。

The aging society leads to the pressure of medical service which cannot be ignored, so the psychological status of nurses in geriatric wards is not optimistic. This paper analyzes the mental health status and causes of nurses in geriatric wards in China, integrates the existing coping strategies and proposes intervention measures in order to provide the basis for mental health promotion of nurses in geriatric wards.
