虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)流行病学与检测技术研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 近年来,虾肝肠胞虫(EHP)感染已成为对全球对虾养殖生产影响较严重的疾病之一。我国针对养殖对虾EHP感染的调查显示,该病具有较高的流行风险,是导致对虾生长缓慢的主要病原。为了解EHP的流行病学特点、检测方法和综合防治现状,结合国内外研究成果,对EHP基本特性、传播途径、致病性、检测技术和防控措施等方面的最新研究进行了综述,以期为EHP的预防和控制提供技术参考。 In recent years,Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei(EHP)infection has seriously affected prawn farming industry all over the world. In China,a survey on EHP infection of prawns showed that the infection risk of EHP was high,and EHP was the main reason causing slow growth. In order to recognize the current status of epidemiological characteristics,detection methods and prevention and control situation,the basic characteristics,transmission route,pathogenicity,detection technology and prevention and control measures of EHP were reviewed in combination with domestic and foreign research results,hoping to provide systematic references and technical supports for EHP prevention and control.
