标准LY/T 1813-2009与AHP法在茂兰国家级自然保护区生态质量评价中的应用比较

Comparision between the Regulation LY/T 1813-2009 and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) in Evaluation of Ecological Quality of Maolan National Nature Reserve

以茂兰国家级自然保护区为研究对象,采用《自然保护区自然生态质量评价技术规程》(LY/T 1813-2009)与层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简称AHP)分别对该保护区生态质量进行评价,比较分析了两种方法的过程与结果,以评价其应用效果。结果显示:经标准LY/T 1813-2009的评价得分为86.5分,占满分的86.5%,即0.865;经AHP法的评价得分为0.870 3,两者均处于最高评价等级范围内,表明此次评价中,两种方法的最终结果具有较高的一致性,即该保护区生态质量好,但不同指标得分高低顺序不尽相同。此后,分析了两种方法的特点、优点与不足,认为在实际应用中应酌情选择评价方法,并提出了参考选择的建议依据。

The evaluation of ecological quality of Maolan national nature reserve was made by technical regulation for ecology quality of nature reserve evaluation(LY/T 1813-2009) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method.The aim of this paper was to compare the computing process and result of the regulation to those of AHP to evaluate the application effect of the two methods.The results indicated that the evaluation score based on the regulation was 86.5 accounting for 86.5% of the full credit,namely 0.865,and the evaluation score based on AHP was 0.870 3,both of them were in the top grade in their respective evaluation systems.It showed that the final result of the regulation was highly consistent with that of AHP in this evaluation,namely the ecological quality of the reserve was excellent,while the sequence of the scores of the indexes based on the regulation didn't accord fully with that based on AHP method.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared.It was suggested that the appropriate method might be chosen from the two methods according to the circumstances.The suggestions were proposed.
