森林对于维护国家生态、淡水、气候、物种和木材安全,实现中华民族永续发展意义重大,尽管中国森林面积、蓄积持续稳步增长,但因森林质量不高、效益低下、功能脆弱,制约着林业多种功能的发挥,难以满足当今经济社会可持续发展需要和人民群众对美好生态环境的期盼。为此国家提出坚持森林数量和质量并重、质量优先,实施森林质量精准提升工程。全面阐述了山东森林质量状况,剖析了当前存在的最为突出的问题,提出快速精准提升对策。

Forest is the key to maintain the security of national ecological security,fresh water,climate,species and timber for realizing the sustainable development.Although Chinese forest area and volume continued to increase steadily,forestry multiple functions are restricted due to fragile forest quality and low efficiency.It not only was hard to satisfy economic and social demands,but also uable to meet the expection for beautiful ecoenvironment of the people.Therefore,our country insists to put forward a strategy to lift the forest quality accurately.This article summarized Shandong Province forest quality,analyzed the current prominent problems and countermeasures to improve the forest quality.
