摘要
常州市已于2013年划定生态红线区域,并完成了一系列基础工作和重点工程。本文结合常州市生态红线区域保护工作推进情况,分析现行法律法规、补偿机制、资金投入等方面存在的问题,提出加强生态红线区域保护的建议。
The ecological red line area of Changzhou was delimited in 2013 and a series of basic work and key projects have been completed. According to the progress of regional protection in ecological red line area of Changzhou, problems about laws and regulations, compensation mechanism and capital investment was analyzed, and suggestions for strengthening the regional protection ofthe ecological red line were presented.
