摘要
针对我国火电企业燃料料场管理存在的堆取位置不清、燃料种类不明和自动堆取作业安排难的问题,提出基于GIS的燃料料场管理方法,基于多传感器集成研究固定测量和移动测量相补充的料场实时测量技术,基于GPS定位技术研究料场堆取料自动作业指导方法和基于GIS开发料场数字化管理软件系统,以实现从燃料采购到燃烧全生命周期管理,包括燃料入厂、料场作业、采制化和配比掺烧等多个业务环节。系统在神华集团江油电厂得到实际推广应用,为规范和加强江油电厂燃料管理流程、保证燃料安全、精确配比掺烧、控制燃料成本起到很好支撑作用,产生了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
For the fuel yard management problems of thermal power enterprises in China about unknown pile position,unknown fuel type,and difficult automatic stacker work arrangements,the fuel yard management methods based on GIS is put forward,the fixed and mobile measurement phase complement yard real-time measurement technique based on multi-sensor integration is researched,the material piling and taking automatic work instruction method based on GPS positioning technology,and the digital management software system based on GIS is developed,which to realize the whole life cycle management from fuel procurement to burn,including fuel into the plant,yard work,for heat-engine into plant and ratio of blending,and other operation links.The system has been got actual application in Shenhua Group Jiangyou power plant,also has played a very good supporting effect in Jiangyou power plant to regulate and strengthen the fuel management process,ensure fuel safety,accurate ratio of blending,and control fuel costs,and produced a good social benefits and economic benefits.
