摘要
构建农业FDI进入速度对全要素生产率影响关系的概念框架,运用DEA测算出中国16个省份的农业全要素生产率,在将其分成技术进步和生产效率变化的基础上,运用最小二乘模型方法和192个面板数据,对研究假说进行了实证检验。检验结果表明:农业FDI进入速度对全要素生产率和技术进步均具有显著负向调节关系,对效率变化具有负向作用,但是并不显著。该文据此进一步提出了加大政府监管外资力度和加快农业国际化发展的政策建议。
Total factor productivity is an important indicator to measure production efficiency,under the condition of the established input level of production factors.For the importance of total factor productivity and the problems of the impact of agricultural FDI on the total factor productivity of agriculture in China are discussed,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of the impact of agricultural FDI entry on total factor productivity from the perspective of the regulatory effect.Based on DEA,the total factor productivity of agriculture in 16 provinces of China was measured.Based on the analysis of technological progress and production efficiency,the least squares model method and 192 panel data were used to test the hypothesis.The results show that the rate of agricultural FDI has a significant negative relationship with total factor productivity and technological progress,which has negative effect on the change of efficiency,but it is not significant.Therefore,this article further puts forward some related policy recommendations.
